It's just another way to attack the gay peoples. It doesn't say you
can't have kids if you are unmarried. It says if you are unmarried you
can't get pregnant by "means other than sexual intercourse".

You still have the right to be "large and in charge" and "i don't need a man"
and "you go girl" and shack up with a guy that will help you pop out kids 
that will grow up without parents.

But the gay people are screwed because they can't get adoptions already,
and the "gestational certificate" will only be given to married couples 
that successfully complete the same screening process currently required 
by law of adoptive parents. 

When applying for a certificate you have to include a description of the 
family lifestyle of the intended parents, include a description of 
individual participation in faith-based or church activities, hobbies, 
and other interests.
