Counter-Recruitment Action in Reno Saturday
 
Reno, NV - The Reno Anti-War Coalition will hold a peaceful, legal
demonstration against military recruiting efforts Saturday, May 7,
from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Army Recruitment Center at 394 E.
Moana in Reno (map image attached.)
 
The Reno Anti-War Coalition is concerned with tactics used by
recruiters, and wants alternatives to military service to be made
available to youth and others.  The military should live up to its
promises of education, health care and benefits.  Veterans deserve
much better than they are getting today.  As an expression of support
for the troops, the Reno Anti-War Coalition wants them to come home.
 
All supporters of peace are invited to attend.
