[North-NV-Greens] Katrina relief

Hey everyone -

Given I don't trust the Red Cross and especially FEMA I checked with
Doctors Without Borders to see if they were helping with Katrina relief.
They are not - it appears they have borders after all. :>(

However, Oxfam America is helping. To read their press release go to:

They will be focusing their efforts on the poor, immigrants, and long
term recovery.
