Meeting started 12:05 p.m.

III. Discuss upcoming mailing(s) - to include Bob's ideas and
questionnaire, state party meeting, etc. (20 min.)
IV. Picnic
V. Discuss updating/maintaining Green Party of Nevada's website (15

VI. Discussion of fundraising options and ideas (15 min)
VII. Discuss how to activate existing Green members (20 min)
VIII. Discuss time/date/location for the next General Party meeting (15

II. Approve Agenda
New Delegate to Nat'l Convention added to agenda

III. Discuss upcoming mailing
Read through Bob's letter and made minor changes.  Charles mentioned the
Green Party of the U.S. card-carrying member program and we agreed to
send out our own mailing first, and then go with the Green Party of the
U.S. card-carrying program to send out a further mailing.  Discussed and
changed the letter and questions in Bob's letter.  Came to consensus on
sending out a mailing if the cost of the mailing is under the National
Green Party individual donation limit, if one exists.

Bob will send a copy of this letter in its finalized form to the
nvgreen at dasbistro.com e-mail list.  Barb, Tracy, Charles, and Bobbi
agreed to prepare and send out the mailing.

IV. Picnic
Barb explained the origins of the picnics.  Lauren and Jason will send
e-mail to RJ, Sun, and both weeklies.  Laruen will work on getting
listing into spanish papers.  Tracy will post information regarding the
picnic onto Internet sites.

V. Discuss updating/maintaining Green Party of Nevada's website (15
min.)
Charles will contact Paul E. in Northern Nevada and start the process of
updating our website.

VI., VII., X. Open Discussion

We spent the rest of the meeting discussing fundraising issues and how
to get other registered Greens involved.  Discussed the difference
between the county level and the state level decision-making processes
and the importance of including ALL counties in statewide
deicision-making.  No decisions were made during these discussions.
