Please read through my update and make your suggestions or ask your
questions accordingly:

West Flamingo Senior Center:
Spoke with Marvin and he says the room they have meets all of the above
requirements!  It's available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Oct. 15,
it can hold up to 50 people, and it *does* have access to a landline. 
The room cost is $105.

Helen Meyer Community Center:
I contacted the Helen Meyer Community Center and spoke with a guy named
Mark.  He said they have a room that meets two out of the three
criteria we're looking for: it can fit 20 to 50 people and might be
available on Saturday, Oct. 15 for at least 4 hours.  It doesn't have a
phone line, however.  The room cost could be free but is normally $100.

County Liaison:
Mike Shannon is my county liaison, based on where I live, and I left a
message on his voicemail about meeting rooms with the above criteria. 
I'll call him back tomorrow if he doesn't return my call.

Clark County Government Center:
Spoke with someone in the County Manager's office that thinks the county
doesn't rent out rooms in the Clark County Government Center to
nonprofits anymore, but told me to call back and ask for Christopher
Due who is an administrative assistant responsible for booking those
rooms.  I'll try calling later and tomorrow.

Desert Breeze Community Center:
Spoke with Julie who said the multipurpose room is booked all day, until
5:00 p.m. on Oct. 15.



Based on the meeting notes, how is everyone doing on contacting the
Washoe County people?
