Update on Mailer:

Charles, Tracy, Ian, and myself all worked hard to put together a mailer
in order to alert as many registered Greens in Clark County as possible
to the Green Party of Nevada State Meeting coming up a week from
Sunday, July 17, 2005. Thanks also goes out to Mike and Barb for
helping to finance the mailing. In total, we'll have mailed out 1000
cardstock 5"x8" double-sided black and white cards to 1000 registered
Greens in Clark County. All of the funds for this project were
dontated specifically for the mailing and the total cost comes to about
$550. As soon as the mailing actually goes out, it's supposed to go out
either yesterday or today (Friday), we'll know the exact cost including
postage. Hopefully, this will serve to remind folks that the Green
Party of Nevada is still active and still needs their help in order to
grow.

So, that leaves setup for the state meeting coming up on the 17th. WE
STILL NEED PEOPLE IN RENO TO PARTICIPATE!!!

It's going to be exciting because we'll be electing all new officers,
officers that will be willing to donate time and energy for the next
two years in order to facilitate the growth of the Green Party of
Nevada. Plus, we'll be updating and amending the bylaws so they better
represent the actual process of decision-making and other
responsibilities we deal with.

If you have changes or additions to this agenda, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
forward that information to me as soon as possible so we can save time
at the meeting working on the agenda and spend that time working on the
bylaws and the Executive Council instead.

If you're interested in running for an Executive Council office, please
post a personal statement to the Green Party of Nevada e-mail list as
soon as possible so we can get a sense of who wants to run for which
office. Open positions include: two co-chairs, secretary, treasurer,
and four members at-large.

It's an exciting moment for the Green Party of Nevada! Let's encourage
all registered Greens to be a part of these exciting changes!

Jason
