This is a very good place to start! I would like to discuss the timeframe we
are thinking for sending this out at the meeting. This can be under the
mailing item on the agenda if everyone agrees.

Also, after reading Lauren's email, I thought we could hash out a few extra
minutes at the end for a more informal discussion. An open forum if you
will. Does everyone agree?

Here's what it could look like:

I.	Greetings/Introductions (5 mins.)
II.	Approve agenda (5 mins)
III.	Discuss upcoming mailing(s) – to include Bob’s ideas and questionnaire,
state party meeting, etc. (20 mins)
IV.	Discuss updating/maintaining Green Party of Nevada’s website (15 mins)
V.	Discussion of fundraising options and ideas (15 mins)
VI.	Discuss how to activate existing Green members (20 mins)
VII.	Discuss time/date/location for the next General Party meeting (15 mins)
VIII. Open forum for informal discussion (25 mins)

Total Time: 120 Minutes (2 hours)
