Virginia City, NV -- An evening with noted Superior Court Judge and
anti-drug war advocate, James P. Gray.

Judge Gray will be the keynote speaker during the dinner portion of
the Libertarian Party of Nevada's annual state convention. Everyone is
invited to attend the dinner, which will be held at the historic Delta
Saloon in Virginia City, on Saturday May 3, 2003, at 6:00 p.m., in the
James Fair meeting room.

In addition to being cited on numerous occasions for his work in the
areas of both social reform and civic philanthropy, Judge Gray, is the
author of the highly acclaimed book: _Why Our Drug Laws Have Failed
And What We Can Do About It - A Judicial Indictment of the War on
Drugs_.

Supporting Judge Gray's arguments are the views, observations, and
experiences of more than 40 judges and justices nationwide. Together
they build a strong case indicting the complete failure of drug
prohibition and the destruction the Drug War has wrought on American
society. But the book also brings hope, because viable options to our
present failed policy are set forth with specificity, and shown where
they are being employed successfully in other countries.

Judge Gray currently presides over the civil trial calendar for the
Superior Court of Orange County, California, and is a likely
Libertarian Party Presidential Candidate for 2004.

Dinner is $35.00 - RSVP to Emily Rahn, (775) 626-1776 or (775)
