      Dear Ms. Barbara E.,

      Last week I asked you to join me in telling George Bush that he must change the course in Iraq. So far, more than 110,000 of you have signed the petition and more are signing on every hour. Let's keep this momentum going. 

      Together we can tell George Bush right now: You can no longer mislead Congress and the American people. It's time for an Iraq success strategy that will bring our troops home.

      In the last week many of you have emailed and called me asking, "How can we be sure the Senate gets the answers on Iraq?" Well there is one way - help Democrats take back the Senate in 2006.

      I should never have had to force the Senate into a closed session last week, but Republicans were not doing their jobs. For two years they have dragged their feet and refused to provide the American people with the answers they deserve. I pledge to you, when Democrats take back the Senate in 2006, we will get to the bottom of every misdeed this administration has committed.
