[NV Greens] RE: 100,000 for change in Iraq

In response to Harry Reid's anti-war stance:

It's funny, but when Harry writes, "Together we can tell George Bush
right now: You can no longer mislead Congress and the American people.
It's time for an Iraq success strategy that will bring our troops home"
it makes me think, hey, does this mean that there was a period of time
where it *was* acceptable to mislead the American people???  I bet
Harry thinks so.

Dirty Harry Reid is really a big joke.  He's trying to leverage the
increasing anti-war sentiment into support for the Democratic Party. 
Those signatures he's collecting are surely going into a database where
he'll no doubt send out future mailings on why it's important to support
his next re-election campaign.

Maybe we could suggest Fusion voting and run Harry as a Green Party
candidate too!  Uh ... NO!  I don't think so.  Harry is so caught up in
the corporatist election game that he's probably nearly blind to any
real concern people might have.  

We cannot be fooled by the Democrats any longer.  The Democrats are
gearing up to make another run at President.  The odds are turning in
their favor, but even with these favorable odds, they'll still shut
down the Green Party at every chance they get.  Let's be careful as
members of the Green Party of Nevada to avoid spreading the Democratic
propaganda on our own mailing lists.  

Does anyone on this list actually think Harry Reid is an honest person
who's really accountable to the people of Nevada???  I didn't think so.
 Barb, you didn't actually want us to sign up to that did you?
