The Libertarian Party of Clark County holds a speaker meeting the first Tuesday of every month . It is free and open to anyone who wishes to attend.  The meeting begins at 7:30 and will be held this Tuesday only at the West Las Vegas Library on Lake Mead just west of  I-15 .
   
  This month the Libertarian Party is proud to present longtime prison rights activist Constance Kosuda. Constance is a retired trial lawyer now living in Las Vegas.For 25 years , she has tirelessly worked for the human and civil rights of the least powerful among us.She is now National Mental Health Director  and National Medical Director of The Jeff Dicks Association  , dedicated to ensure inmates recieve humane care and necessary medical treatment . 
   
  She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association Alliance , The Mental Health Association , the ACLU and many other organizations : she is also Director of the Annabelle Foundation  .
