Cell phones and privacy...not.This is scary! Is this constitutional? I wonder if this is going to bring about any lawsuits..

Hello all,

Kinda scary...We know that a cell phone can be used to track the location of its user.   It come as a surprise that apparently your own cell phone can be used to eavesdrop on you even when it is turned off.  This 42 second video from Fox Newsfrom about one month ago is worth watching, and pondering over. Possible solution for those concerned: Take the batteries out of the cell phone when not in use.
